been unable to afford market-rate housing in the Puget Sound region.

Location: Shoreline, WA
Project Details:  A mixed-use development with 62 units of permanent housing for individuals and families whose incomes are at or below 30% or 50% of Area Median Income. The  12,000 square foot property will include a Hopelink Service Center and Food Bank which will offer emergency feeding services, adult education classes, energy assistance and emergency financial assistance programs to residents of Lake Forest Park and Shoreline. Status: 100% complete

COMPASS CROSSING PILOT PROJECT

Location: Columbia City neighborhood – Seattle, WA
Project Details:  An innovative steel modular development will provide 13 units of pet-friendly responsive housing for homeless partners and individuals in Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. The project is unique in that it can be installed with minimal site preparation and expense, providing dignified transitional housing and comprehensive services for people working to exit homelessness. Status: Pre-construction and site preparation (as of 2/1/2017).
