Northlake Grove Cooperative: This 24-unit facility located in Kenmore was constructed on land purchased from nearby Northlake Lutheran Church in 1995. A cluster of eight triplexes with a community space and large open recreation area, Northlake Grove is operated as a resident-managed cooperative for families with maximum annual incomes ranging from $19,075 for single individuals, up to $35,980 for a family of nine.
Easternwood Cooperative: A resident-managed cooperative, Easternwood serves households with maximum annual incomes ranging from $16,350 for single individuals, up to $48,300 for a family of seven. Located in Bothell, this facility is comprised of 10 apartments and 8 townhouses (for a total of 18 units).
Longfellow and Westwood Courts Cooperatives: This 45 townhouse development is located in the Westwood neighborhood of South Seattle. The Courts are two resident-managed cooperatives adjacent to each other, known as Longfellow and Westwood, which serve households with maximum annual incomes ranging from $28,500 for single individuals, and up to $53,700 for a family of eight. Fifteen of the 45 units are set aside for residents who qualify for housing through the SHA, with the cooperatives overall housing 175 people.
Bergan Place: Consisting of 1-2 bedroom apartments, the Bergan complex is a 38-unit facility located in the Crown Hill area of North Seattle.
Angle Lake Court: This 80 unit facility for independent seniors, age 55+, is located in SeaTac on land leased from Lutheran Community Services Northwest. The 1-2 bedroom apartments are affordable to individuals with incomes of 30-50% of the area median.
Karlstrom Apartments: Located in the old Compass Center building on South Washington Street, The Karlstrom consists of 23 studio apartments affordable to people in the 30% to 50% median income group. All units are currently filled by formerly homeless individuals with Section 8 or Shelter Plus Care subsidies.
