In another Margot & Friends event, Structure Salon stylists brought their expertise to Cascade Women’s Program.
Five women from Cascade were treated to a special night earlier this month when stylists from locally owned and run Structure Salon gave haircuts and joy.
At first, the women were a little shy. One said that she hadn’t had a professional haircut in more than five years! But the stylists were patient and kind, and after the rinsing and zhuzhing started, everyone relaxed and enjoyed the moment.
“The ladies felt loved and cherished,” Bella, a program coordinator at Cascade said. “They had big smiles on their faces the entire time, even when the blow-dryers blew a circuit! The stylists just took it in stride, moved to another part of the building, and kept cutting!”
